What can we teach you:

• Basic techniques of molecular biology: DNA, RNA isolation, cloning, mutagenesis, expression of recombinant proteins in bacterial or tissue cells and their identification, isolation and purification, methods for monitoring and quantification of protein-protein, protein – DNA and protein – RNA interactions, basic virology techniques: preparation of proviral vectors, quantification of viral stock solutions
• determination and quantification of virus production in tissue cells by immunochemical methods: ELISA and western blot, determination of virus infectivity by flow cytometry, basic techniques of tissue culture cell cultivation, cell-based methods: viability, the progression of the life cycle, apoptosis, necrosis, oxidative stress….
