Two-tank stainless steel brewing kit with copper sheathing equipped with water heater, fine sludge filter, and plate wort cooler. A wort volume ejected of 100 L. Fermentation in the two CCTs with their own temperature controls. Grinder with a capacity of 100kg/h. In 2012, the brewery was fully automated.
