Current Research Topics
Applied microbiology topics solved within the frame of ongoing projects:
- Genetic and physiological modulation of bacterial strains degrading aromatic compounds (AROMAGEN, NPVII-2B, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic).
- Development of the tools additively modulating soil and water bioremediation (FR-TI1/456, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic).
- Development of a remedial module for varaible application of remediation technology (FR-TI3/564, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic).
- Magnetic device for biological treatment of waste-waters (EUREKA, LF, MAGNET, LF 11016, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic).
