MicroCal PEAQ-ITC

The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC is a highly sensitive isothermal titration calorimeter for the direct determination of the thermodynamic parameters of biomolecular interactions in their native state. It measures binding affinity (KD), stoichiometry (n) and enthalpy (ΔH) simultaneously in a single experiment, providing a complete thermodynamic profile of the interaction (including the calculation of entropy ΔS and Gibbs free energy ΔG) without the need for fluorescent labelling or sample immobilisation.
