2007-2023 Assistant, ICT Prague, Department of Fermentation Chemistry and Bioengineering.
since 2023 Associate Professor in the field of Biotechnology, UCT Prague, Department of Biotechnology 

 

Teaching Activity

Supervisor of Bc and MSc theses. Lectures on Cultivation techniques, supervisor of various laboratory practise. Participant in teaching of subjects: Technological practice, Biology practice and Biotechnology II.

Current Research Topics

Analysis of microbial populations using light microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, fluorimetry. Cell viability, stress, exposure to antimicrobial agents, the content of intracellular components. Cultivation of microorganisms: aerobic/anaerobic processes. Biotechnological processing of agricultural waste.
